Take one pasture raised egg, separate the white from the yolk.
In the bottom of your mug, whip the egg yolk and sweetener of choice together by hand to a custard-like consistency. This takes just a minute.
Add 1 scoop of grass fed collagen and whip until it is smooth and creamy

Add a double shot of espresso, slowly poor espresso into egg yolk mixture while siting continuously.
Steam 8oz of raw milk, or milk of your choice.
Finally, top with 8oz of raw milk, steamed.
