Fresh Yogurt Popsicles

This delicious, refreshing yogurt popsicle recipe will become a summer fave in your house like it is in ours!

Equipment

  • 1 Mixing bowl
  • 1 popsicle mold
  • 1 Whisk

Ingredients
  

  • 2.5 cups plain greek yogurt (strain homemade yogurt to greek yogurt consistency)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1.5 cups fresh fruit or berries
  • 2 scoops Perfect Supplements collagen
  • 1 scoop Equip Foods protein
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • In a medium mixing bow, whisk your yogurt, heavy cream and sweetener (if using).
  • Add protein and collagen and whisk until combined.
  • Sprinkle in your fruit or berries.
  • Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until solid.
  • Serve straight from the freezer.

Notes

  • Full-fat Greek or whole milk yogurt makes a huge difference in texture. It creates a rich, creamy popsicle that doesn’t get icy or chalky when frozen.
  • Use good quality silicone or BPA-free plastic molds for easy release.
  • Give them at least 4–6 hours (or overnight) to fully set. For best texture, avoid opening the freezer often during that time.
