Fresh Yogurt Popsicles
This delicious, refreshing yogurt popsicle recipe will become a summer fave in your house like it is in ours!

1 Mixing bowl
1 popsicle mold
1 Whisk
- 2.5 cups plain greek yogurt (strain homemade yogurt to greek yogurt consistency)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1.5 cups fresh fruit or berries
- 2 scoops Perfect Supplements collagen
- 1 scoop Equip Foods protein
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
In a medium mixing bow, whisk your yogurt, heavy cream and sweetener (if using).
Add protein and collagen and whisk until combined.
Sprinkle in your fruit or berries.
Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until solid.
Serve straight from the freezer.
- Full-fat Greek or whole milk yogurt makes a huge difference in texture. It creates a rich, creamy popsicle that doesn’t get icy or chalky when frozen.
- Use good quality silicone or BPA-free plastic molds for easy release.
- Give them at least 4–6 hours (or overnight) to fully set. For best texture, avoid opening the freezer often during that time.
